Manpower Employees Laid Off

The Poughkeepsie Journal reports that 450 Manpower employees working for IBM's MicroElectronics division have been laid off from the Fishkill, NY plant.

Alliance members also report that IBM has laid off 400 Manpower employees in Burlington, VT.
