Our declaration may be helpful to you in your struggle to secure the rested rights concerning IBM Pension Plan. As far as we know today, IBM Germany's management is also planning to change our IBM Pension Plan. Therefore we believe it would be helpful to act with joint efforts, and learn from each other. We would appreciate if you could provide us with actual up-to-date informations concerning your future activities. |

We closely followed your efforts and activities to secure the IBM Pension Plan. We are happy to hear that you succeeded in getting organized to secure your IBM Pensions.
