IBM employees and members of the Alliance@IBM to challenge Executive compensation
and other issues at annual IBM stockholder
meeting.

Stockholder Action Committee will call on shareholders to support several
critical resolutions at the IBM annual meeting set for Tuesday April 25 in
Earl
Mongeon, Alliance Vice President stated “ IBM employees are angry that their
pension gets cut while the CEO of IBM Sam Palmisano gets a 29% pay raise and is
guaranteed a pension of $75,000 a week. We will be at the stockholder meeting
representing the real IBM—the employees.”
